“RIGHT FIT MANIA” CHALLENGE

OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES

The following Contest/Sweepstakes (“Contest”) is intended for play in the United States only, and shall only be construed and evaluated according to U.S. law. Do not enter this Sweepstakes if you are not located in the U.S. at the time of entry.

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Contest is open and offered only to legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington D.C., who are 18 years of age and older as of August 18, 2008. All entries, whether submitted online as described below or by mail, have an equal chance of winning. Employees and their immediate families (parent, child, sibling or spouse) and/or household members of each of Charming Shoppes Inc. (“Sponsor”), its respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, sales representatives, advertising and promotional agencies and any other persons or entities associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter or win. By participating, you agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited by law.

2. HOW TO ENTER: To enter the competition, visit the Right Fit -sponsored website www.rightfit.com. The site will host a Contest for players to test their skill. Starting at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (EST) on August 18, 2008 and ending at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time (PST) on November 30, 2008 (“Contest Period”). Contestants must follow the entry instructions and complete the on-line registration (Name, address, age, E-mail address, day-time phone number). All information requested in the information fields must be completed. When your entry is complete, click on the area marked “Submit Entry” (once submitted, entry cannot be deleted canceled or modified). Entries must originate through www.rightfit.com to be eligible. There is no limit on the number of contest attempts; however, a contest entrant can only win one (1) prize during contest period. All weekly entries must be submitted and received by 11:59p.m. PST each Sunday. At the end of each week, all contest scores will be reset. Any violation or attempt to violate this restriction may cause Sponsor to disqualify all of such person’s eligible entries. Enter using only an e-mail address subscribed and registered in your name. In the event of a dispute as to entries submitted by multiple individuals using the same e-mail account, subscriber is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization which is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses or the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

Winner Determination: At the end of each week, the Contest scores will be ranked from lowest to highest. The highest three scores each week will be awarded weekly prizes. In case of a tie, the first winners to reach the highest scores will be awarded the prize each week. The Grand Prize winner will be a randomly chosen player that has submitted a score to the game over the 15 weeks of the contest.

3. PRIZE DETAILS:

ALL POTENTIAL CONTEST WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR OR ADMINISTRATOR, WHO’S DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE PROMOTION. ANY PLAY THAT OCCURS AFTER THE SYSTEM HAS FAILED FOR ANY REASON IS DEEMED A DEFECTIVE PLAY AND IS VOID AND WILL NOT BE HONORED. All prizes will be awarded. Prizes returned as undeliverable or otherwise not claimed within fourteen (14) days after delivery of notification will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Prizes cannot be substituted, except as provided herein. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute Prize with one of equal or greater value should featured Prize become unavailable. Prizes are not transferable and may not be exchanged for other prizes or for cash. All federal, state and local taxes are sole responsibility of Winner.

5. GENERAL: By accepting a Prize, where permitted by law, Winner grants to the Sponsor, its respective parents, subsidiaries and related companies, and those acting pursuant to the authority of Sponsor (which grant will be confirmed in writing upon Sponsor’s request), the right to print, publish, broadcast and use worldwide IN ALL MEDIA without limitation at any time the Winner’s full name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness and/or biographical information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without further payment or additional consideration, and without review, approval or notification. IN NO EVENT WILL SPONSOR, ITS RESPECTIVE PARENTS, AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION AGENCIES, DEALERS, DISTRIBUTORS, SUPPLIERS, PRIZE PROVIDER AND THEIR RESPECTIVE DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES) ARISING OUT OF PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE, OR MISUSE OF, OR ANY HARM RESULTING FROM THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE OR MISUSE OF THE PRIZES. By participating, entrants release and agree to hold harmless the Sponsor, its respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, dealers, distributors, suppliers, Prize provider and their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, death or losses or damages to persons or property AS WELL AS CLAIMS/ACTIONS BASED ON PUBLICITY RIGHTS, DEFAMATION, AND/OR INVASION OF PRIVACY that may arise from participating in this Sweepstakes or its related activities or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of , or any harm resulting from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the Prize(s). Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information, whether caused by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes, or by any technical or human error, which may occur in the processing of the Sweepstakes entries. Sponsor is not responsible for interrupted or unavailable network server or other connections, miscommunications, failed telephone or computer transmissions or jumbled, scrambled or misdirected entries or transmissions, or for phone, electrical, network, computer hardware or software or program malfunctions, failures or difficulties or for other errors, omissions, interruptions, or deletions of any kind whether human, mechanical or electronic or for any damage to any person’s computer related to participating in the Sweepstakes. Any personally identifiable information collected during an entrant's participation in this promotion will be collected by Sponsor and used by, its respective parents, its affiliates, agents and marketers for purposes of the proper administration and fulfillment of the Sweepstakes and for marketing purposes as described in these Official Rules and in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy as stated at http://lanebryant.charmingshoppes.com/pagebuilder/privacy_policy. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE CO-SPONSORS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, cancel or suspend this Sweepstakes, and randomly award the Prize from among all eligible entries received as of such date should fraud, virus, bugs or other causes beyond the Sponsor’s control corrupt the administration, fairness, proper play or security of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual (and all of his/her Sweepstakes entries) who tampers with the entry process. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. The interpretation of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any and all disputes will be individually resolved, without resort to class action, in the appropriate courts in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania exclusively, and subject to the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Should there be a conflict between the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and any other laws, the conflict will be resolved in favor of the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Winner acknowledges that Sponsor has neither made nor is in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the Prize.

6. USE OF DATA: Sponsor will be collecting personal data about entrants online, and e-mail addresses from entry forms in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Please review the Sponsor's Privacy Policy at the following link: http://lanebryant.charmingshoppes.com/pagebuilder/privacy_policy. By participating in the Sweepstakes and providing your e-mail address, entrants hereby agree to Sponsor’s collection and usage of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

7. WINNER LIST: For the name(s) of the Prize Winner(s), send a self-addressed, stamped business-size (#10) envelope to: Winners List- ASC/”Right Fit Mania” Challenge, 300 State St., Suite 402, Rochester, NY 14614. Winner names will be sent after selection of Winner.
